I was scared when I watched mine be taken out....but they did a great job. They took out 21 dinks across both doors for £115, which I thought was well worth it.

Check your oil level mate, rapid click can be caused by low oil...

"Loud new exhaust? What loud exhaust?.....might just be a hole in it" That's worked in the past! I have a lumpy idle mate, so did the one I test drove....just a natural part of the car. I am hoping that it goes away when I eventually upgrade clutch and flywheel. I think I read that it was a rattling clutch bearing somewhere?

I think I might end up buying a Lotus/Caterham/MR2 Tubby for track use next year.... or a house deposit I know which is more fun

Go with Bell, I am with them with all the extras for £1000+ cheaper than that.....the claim might be dragging you down though.

When I start my zed cold I get a rattley clicking like a loose clutch bearing ?

I have the same thing, black zed with 12 dinks (all BB pellet size....thumbprint max) along the door lines on both sides, don't suppose he is anywhere near North Oxfordshire?? (Bicester) as two of us need our cars done here at work. If not I have a company coming in to "quote" on the day, bit worried that it will be really expensive!

I had Ultimax grooved discs and redstuff all round and they work very well. Cost me under £650 to get all round setup and have them fitted. They look cool too

I took one out before I bought my zed, bundles of fun! So your caterham would be a 1.6 roadsport from a glance then? Do you track it? Can I then suggest the popcharger out of those two..... cheap and to be honest, cured my desire for noise pleasure! Popcharger literally makes the car sound very very nice with little intrusion to the day to day driving
