  1. likewise Steve! just thought people would like to know about these good shops as they are difficult to find in my opinion and i managed to stumble across them.
  2. Not sure if these guys have been mentioned here before, if they have I didn't find it. But thought this will help others, as I was having trouble before looking for a good car audio install fitter and shop. Seems as though loads of guys doing ICE installs as well. These guys are fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and friendly, great bunch of guys. Speak to Stuart and he'll sort you out. great guy, gives the best advice and sells the best quality products to suit your needs and contraints, not his profit margin. they also have great experience as they have done many many zeds so they know how to do them and they do a great job. website: http://www.creativecarsounds.co.uk/ used them to install my new pioneer headunit, will get some photos up soon. so if in the north london area definitely give them a shout as they will sort you out so you dont have to worry. or if further away still think it's worth the drive.

  8. excellent, thanks for sorting this out Rich. liking the sound of kitting the zed out with the tommy k badge. very interested to see what the guy can do about making one for the front to fit the indent! keep us informed.
  9. havne't paid much attention to the tax disc holder recently, but off the top of my head and from vague memories of mates playing with it, i think i've got a plain twist back one! guess will find out when tax is due at end of july, if i dont play with it before that!

  16. absolutely love karting! again, if nearer west london would definitely be on it.
  17. i'm 23 with 0ncb, 3 points and added my mum and dad. cant remember what excess think it was 600 as well. got it down to 960. but think it was doing flexibell.
  18. Yes definitely try bell.co.uk. They sorted me out too. Think the trick with them is to add your mum on the policy as a second driver even though she may never drive it. it halved the quote for me just to add her on.
  19. Welcome buddy! lovely looking zed. i do like a white zed.
  20. where abouts in north london are you looking?
  21. Sold pending payment!
  22. hello mate, as others have said, they are a doddle to fit. i've routed the ipod ca ble in the compartment by the handbrake no problem. as for bluetooth, there is a mic with my kit which i've fitted by the visors. the steering wheel control module just cost that much, you can get away from it if you want them. but like i said in my other thread, i didnt think they were that important just that if you were particular about having buttons that dont work. hope that helps
  23. and if you want to go a bit further, i've got an alpine double din headunit, with ipod interface and bluetoth for sale.
  24. yes it needs another module for the steering wheel controls. you can buy them really easily but to be honest, i dont think they are necessary. the unit is so handy and anything you want to use can be easily reached on the unit. and like clarkie says this has bluetooth which i've included the lead and stuff for so no real need for the steering wheel controls. the only urge i had for the steering wheel module was purely just for completeness. but if it doesnt annoy you to have controls that doesnt work then there is no need for the additional cost in my opinion. as clarkie also says this kit was expensive when first bought. so this is absolute bargain. probably worth a little bit more but need raise the funds. so get in touch if anyone fancies it or want to know more. Ian
  25. yes like i've said before it's a very good unit. will be sad to let it go, but need to free up funds. do let me know if your situation changes. and good luck with whatever route you go down! Ian
