Congratulations mate As above i went for the satin, the car doesn't have any chrome so didn't go for that, the black chrome was nice and nearly went for them but i would say it wouldn't suit your car, down to personal taste at the end of the day

Never believe what garages tell you!! If you can't check them yourself get a free check from an independent, and have a look for yourself. It seems that Nissan tell most of their customers that "your pads are 80% worn, and need replacing very soon". They told me exactly the same thing when i took my car in for a service, so i went out and bought new pads and front discs, (performance ones, not oem) but didn't fit them for another 5000 miles. When i took the old pads off they still had 50% life in them. still changed them though!!

Hey G18FAN, dont think i've seen a pic of your car yet. Just read what kit you've got on your Z, and would like to see how she looks. Thinking about geting some bits for mine, need ideas.

Zeds look really nice in red and with the nismo kit just gorgeous. If you do find the "PERFECT" car with the bodykit already attached, give me first shout of your nismo bits and the wheels, cheers

Hi Ross and I'm just up the road in porthcawl. I've got the sunset orange with GT pack, its my favourite colour on a Z. You'll certainly have no trouble finding a nice example, some well looked after Z's on here. Hope to see you around in your new Z soon

I've got a citroen xantia 1.9TD P reg. Paid 500 notes for it back in august 2007. Done about 40,000 miles in it since and its been a great car. Reliable and very comfortable. Usual wear and tear, tyres, brakes etc but parts are really cheap. Its been a god send really, without that i couldn't have my Z.

Hi Hamster, if you asked that a year ago you would of been slated! You would of been lucky to pick one up for less than 16,000 grand!! Now of course you can take your pick. Enjoy searching for the right car

Yes standard back box used on the gt4. Cost from nissan 346 quid Either pick up a second hand box or get a stainless steel system fitted

What types of primer/topcoat did you use on the wheels and handles? or did you get it done professionally?

I agree thats a "smooth" looking Zed

+1 Ds2500 pads cost around 175 quid for fronts and rears, not cheap but nothing is for the Zed.

I've got ones from Partsplaza and they dont lift the bonnet all the way. But it looks ok and when i'm working on the engine it doesn't interfere with my head
