  1. Of course you can. Why not, if it saves damaging your bumper then its a worthwhile investment. Even the best drivers cant see how close that kerb is

Hi Carlos, have you tried turning the traction off, does the yellow light come on? Does it still spin with traction off? I think the ecu controls the traction, so a reset may cure it, if not then take it to the dealers. Have you still got warranty with the garage you bought it from?
  5. Looks like you bagged yourself a bargain there Engines are bullet proof if regularly serviced and not thrashed. Only thing to look out for on higher mileage cars are exhausts rotting through if standard, brakes obviously, and suspension components, ie;- drop links, bushes etc Otherwise its a good solid reliable car
  6. Its a simple straight swap mate, did the same with mine.
  7. There's a member on here called asad, he sells the badges on ebay. I bought mine off him. Give him a shout.
  8. Nice one Alex, don't know which way to go yet but let me know how much you want for it, may have it either way, cheers.
  9. Here's a link for a main dealer. Cant believe how cheap they are now. http://www.harratts.co.uk/nissan/promot ... 50z-1.aspx
  10. Yeah was thinking of that, but never seen it done. Pics anyone?
  11. Hi guys, hope you all had a great xmas. It takes so long to arrive and then it goes so quickly always the same when you are enjoying the holidays. Anyway, my joy was short lived yesterday when i decided to give the Z a clean. Its been locked up in my garage for 2 months hibernating for the winter. When i pulled it out of the garage i noticed that someone has hit my front bumper, catching the number plate holder, which has broken it The number plate is scratched but might t-cut out, the bumper was scuffed but looking better with a bit of megs scratch remover. Has anyone got or know of a no. plate holder i can buy? I can see me getting the bumper resprayed soon anyway, it has quite a few of the standard stone chips on it. Any help will be greatly appreciated, cheers.
  12. Hi Carlos, how did you get on with the spacer, did you travel all that way to ESR? Must of taken forever and a day to get there

  14. Sorry to hear that mate, i'm sure you can get the plastics sorted out. Plenty of zed's being stripped on ebay.
  15. Congratulations on your new purchase. I too traded up from a CTR, i wanted something that was fun, and a step up from the civic, and the Z won it for me! Enjoy
  16. After 30 thousand miles they did well. Ageing and heat will cause them to break up. Normally they would wear out first.
  17. Its not a free air sub, have you installed it yet? be interesting to know how it sounds.
  18. here's a link for the pioneer sub http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/produc ... /2412.html
  19. A free air sub doesn't need to work in an airtight sealed enclosure. Which basically is what the bose sub in your car is. I know pioneer do a 10" free air sub and is quite cheap but i don't think any aftermarket sub works with the bose amp. Correct me if i'm wrong.
