  1. Yes we certainly do need to make progress on this, we just have that much going on right now that its taking time to work on everything. I dont know about the others, but I'm hellishly snowed under at work right now, so only really get chance o work here in the evenings (by which time I'm ready for falling asleep!) Come the weekend we may have the time to put the needed effort in. Sorry for the delay Josh..
  2. You can now access the "new posts since your last visit" by using the menu button at the top of the page. (next to login/logout) Hope this makes it more user friendly.
  3. Yes I changed my post and put the word "I've" at the front - which somewhat changed the context! LOL Thats fine - suppose there is more chance of a response - enough mud at the wall and all that!
  4. Ive just put the enquiry in to the organisers, wait and see what we get back.
  5. Probably 20-27th. We are meeting some friends on the last leg of their trip round the world. They get in on the 23rd, so we thought we may get out there a couple of days earlier and get our shopping/sightseeing in before. It will be our 3rd time there. That means I should be OK for Donington!... Who is organising the club stand! LOL?
  6. What date? I'm probably off to Vegas in April
  7. I have to admit that the roadster with the roof up (which it will be most of the time in the UK) is not as attractive, in my opinion, as the coupe. Having said that, the few days (or weeks if we are really luck in sumer) that you get to enjoy open top motoring, it really is worth it. Ive not had a summer in mine yet (only bought just over a month ago) but have owned a convertible for the past 6 years. My order of "attractiveness" would be: 1) Roadster with top down 2) Coupe 3) Roadster with top up. Once you have had open top motoring, it really is difficult to go back to hard top, without being jealous of old escort cabriolets in the summer! So we had a convertible this time too.
  8. You mean this one.... (type ": worthless :" without the spaces) ...
  9. no. That is just wrong. this is how a 5 should look.
  10. Hi, welcome to the site. Do you have a Z? or interested in one? Chris.
  11. Welcome aboard Max, dont forget your free stickers once you reach 350 posts! Ive only had my car a short time too (bought it just before Christmas) alas, I only get to play with it at weekends, as it is the other halves daily drive for work!
  12. Crikey, I would have thought the SL would have been much better built. Germans usualy use the motto, "why use two bolts if there is enough budget for three" Glad to know the Z is up there with the best of them though, as if we expected anything different!
  13. Oh yes - lovely colour! Looks really nice, cant wait for the summer to get mine waxed up.
  14. My gift for today is..... the word "banana"
  15. Its all personal opinion, In my opinion, I dont like the porkers. They all look the same. from a standard 911, right up to a top spec one costing 60K more than the base model. For £60k I want my car to look substantially different to the base model. The SL55. Yes please - in AMG format. I like the look of the Z, and I like its performance, but the 55 AMG would probably pip the Z in my favourites list. I dont like the Z cars from BMW. starting to look very dated now, and in my opinion the Z M coupe looks like a basketball boot. Im sure the Z can put just as bigger smile on your face as any of those cars though - just depends what you want it for. PS - welcome to the forum!
  16. You'll be putting bigger brakes on to fill the new found space now then eh?
  17. Crikey, they certainly fill the arches. Whats the ride like? I can imagine its a little harder now. What width are the rears out of curiosity?
  18. First post in the thread now has an attachment.
  19. It would appear that the seller only appears under the Ireland ebay: http://www.ebay.ie Search for "bigwheels4u" on the .ie site and you should have more luck. User profile here: http://feedback.ebay.ie/ws/eBayISAPI.dl ... els4u&iid= Hope that helps, Regards, Chris.
  20. What do you reckon guys? There are a few of us around this area? I'm up for it, if we can get a few Z's together, may probably get some attention? Its for a good cause too - charity contributions and 350z-uk.com meet all in one!
  21. Tell me about it, we had our second kitchen designer in today... Best weather for ages, and Im inside discussing corner cupboards and aga's.... Hmmmph. Welcome to the forum, We hope to set up meets soon, so that will giive you an excuse to get out in the car more often..
  22. Hi Steven, Welcome to the forum. I hope you enjoy our humble abode... Chris.
  23. Although the guests having a poke around do use bandwidth, its a negligable amount. The amount of data they use is minimal, so no, its not costing us any more.
  24. Its not at the top of my list as regards looks, and its a left hooker too. Still, 4.6 Mmmmm....
