Steve Burns Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 Yet again there is some talk of Wilts County Council closing down Castle Combe Circuit due to complaints of excessive noise from a few local residents. This is a cracking venue and it would be criminal to see it go. So show your support and sign the petition by using the link below. http://www.petitiononline.com/306007/petition.html Thanks... Quote
Chris`I Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 Done. Cant let these numpties from the city who move near a track and dont research it try and shut it down. The council should just point and laugh at them for being numpties Quote
steve_b Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 Considering how close Lyneham and Brize flight paths are, then they are taking the P. And how close is it to the M4. Need to get a life these people and understand that it was an airfield before they were born and then turned into motorsport venue, noise limit have reduced the capability to host most events including my 7, therefore this gets my vote. Trev-the-Rev Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 Done. These people have obviously got too much time on their hands. They are complaining about a circuit that has been in existence since the 1950s - long before most of the houses that are nearby, and most definately long before these idiots moved into the area. Fri**ing tossers make my blood boil Quote
stevie_350z Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 done and forwarded on to all the petty heads I know Quote
H5 Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Done. Hopefully it will be enough to fend the spacktards off for a while. Quote
polarbear Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 Done! Agree with the above posting. M4 and Lyneham hardly make the area quiet and tranquil. Must be all those Dr Doolittle fans complaining (obscure 60's (?) film reference number 3845) Quote
