JetSet Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 Happened on The A55 in North Wales last Saturday. No other vehicles involved and driver not too badly injured amazingly. Anyone know what car it is? Pete Quote

AdrianL Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 (edited) ^^ Yep. TVR Griffith to be precise. Not that I'm any expert in TVR's.. but are you sure? the little bump/lip at the bottom of the bodywork matches the Chimaera but not the Griffith? Unless I'm missing something.. Chimaera: Griffith: Different alloys too. Edited May 6, 2015 by AdrianL 1 Quote

Nope you're right, ...I didn't even notice that. I just looked at the engine & thought I remember my old mans Chimaera engine bay didn't look like that so wrongly assumed it was a Griffith. In fact the actual engine bay I was remembering was the one in his TVR Cerbera (which had carbon fibre air intakes) so even more wrong. 1 Quote

Wayne370Z Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 I thought the big clue was the fibreglass body work, I can`t even make out those centre caps. My eyes must be getting really bad ! Quote
