I know you are having issues with posting pictures but adding the URL in to the title obviously isn't helping.

 

Go into this section: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/10-testing-forum/

 

That's the testing forum so the best place for you to try posting pictures until you get the hang of it.

 

This is all I do;

• Go into my Photobucket account>
  
• select the picture I want to put up>
  
• click on the "direct link URL" on the right hand side of the picture (it automatically copies it for you)>
  
• then on this forum, go to "start new topic" or "reply to this topic" (whichever I'm putting the picture in)>
  
• then looking at the "reply box" you will see an icon which looks like a Polaroid picture (11th icon along from the left on the bottom line)>
  
• click on it>
  
• then press paste (this will add your previously copied URL into the box)>
  
• then press ok and you should see your picture appear in your reply box.
  

Can't make it any simpler than that. Hopefully you'll get there in the end & hope that helps.
