Suits Posted January 31, 2014 Author Posted January 31, 2014 Not breakfast but my lunch at least, from my favorite sandwich shop in town, just behind New Scotland Yard. Fish bap, orange pop and crisps. (I changed the thread title too for accuracy) Quote
Vik54 Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 I have the same thing every morning. Big frying pan, chuck in whatever was left over from tea the night before (potatoes, veg, any left over meat all chopped up) - add 4 eggs, scramble it all up and have it on 2 rounds of toast. No butter or marg, but a 1 pint mug of tea to wash it all down. Sunday`s was interesting as I we had a chinese takeaway the night before, so in the fry up went noodles, left over crispy duck, special rice and even a few chopped up sweet/sour chicken balls. OMG :yuk: Pint of water before I leave the house - then pint of freshly brewed coffee in travel mug - then Porridge for me at about 10am at my desk - or if I'm out and about fruit (maybe includes Jaffa Cakes) This all goes to pot at the weekend though Quote
rabbitstew Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 if I'm out and about fruit.... OMG yuk!! Quote
