I removed mine from the boot and it was just stuck on and really easy to remove although I have seen some on you tube that have 2 drilled holes in which to take small pegs al though I believe these are for the USA market only. Not sure about the bonnet badges though.

Make sure you heat it up with a heat gun, should come off fine, if not, use dental floss, put the floss behind the badge and with a left and right motion gradually work your way through the adhesive!!

Best thing to do is spray with plasti dip that way you don't need to take them off to spray them and you can just peel off the spray you don't want

Whats the minimum amount of plasti dip you can get? Have you used it?

Not sure on the smallest size but I used a 400ml can i had about a quarter left after doing 3 coats on my front and back badges and the 350z back badge and my front bumper lip. Its very easy to use and the excess spray that goes on the bodywork just peals right off. Loads of vids on youtube about doing the 350z badges :)
