Jp606 Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 (edited) Imports have a speed limiter, I think it's 112mph but speedos are a bit inaccurate so may look higher. Edited September 17, 2013 by Jp606 Quote
alumina Posted September 17, 2013 Author Posted September 17, 2013 so do I feels like its some sort of limiter kicking in at 120mph Quote
Will370z Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 Are the import cars not restricted to 120? normally lifted during an uprev/remap Quote
alumina Posted September 17, 2013 Author Posted September 17, 2013 if it is a limiter at 120 how do I get it removed lol and who can do it im in north east Quote
longsh07 Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 (edited) My first thought was limiter. Probably a bit far but Abbey Motorsport might be able to point you in the right direction for what kit you'd need. I know their uprev tune removes the limiter. JetSet Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 (edited) Are the import cars not restricted to 120? normally lifted during an uprev/remap +1 (almost ), All cars sold in Japan have a 180 kph limiter (works out at 112mph) Welcome to the forum BTW .
