  1. These are listed on the Driftworks forum too now. As I've had a question there about the slight warp on the inner lip of one of the alloys I thought I'd share the same here as I did there. As you can see the wheel 'bounces' as it rotates. I bought these new and the wheel arrived like it. Issue was pointed out to me by the original tyre fitter when balancing. I contacted Driftworks about it and sent them this clip. Advise was to test it and see if it caused a problem. It turned out to be purely cosmetic. My 350Z was totally solid with it for the whole time I ran these wheels and put in a few good laps around Silverstone with no issues to speak of.
  2. Hello? Is it safe to go outside again now? Wheels are back up for sale now the restrictions are starting to lift a bit. I've moved since I put them up so collection is now from Dunstable.
  3. Good shout, will probably stick them up on eBay too once things return to something slightly more normal...
  4. Putting the sale on hold for now as we've gone into tier 4...
  5. NOW SOLD. Staggered set of four 18" Work Emotion T7R alloy wheels in white, ET30, 114.3 PCD with Yokohama AD08R tyres. Fronts are 18"x8.5" with 245/40/R18 93W tyres. Tread depths are 4.5/4.8/5.3mm and 5.0/5.2/5.7mm (centre, edges) Rears are 18"x9.5" with 265/40/R18 101W tyres. Tread depths are 4.2/4.3/4.1mm and 4.0/4.3/4.5mm (centre, edges) Alloys purchased from Driftworks as a custom order in 2017. Tyres bought from Demon Tweeks the same year. Bought to fit 350Z. No longer required as my 350Z was sold almost a year ago and didn't replace it with anything these would fit. Have been stored in a garage on a proper tyre rack though are now stacked in garage since moving house. Few minor imperfections, small bit of curb rash on one of the rears and a few small stone chips on others (see photos). One of the inner lips is ever so slightly warped, alloy arrived like this and is a cosmetic flaw only. It's practically impossible to tell where this is on the wheel and is only really noticed when the wheel is in motion, such as on a tyre balancer. All alloys where ceramic coated with GTECHNIQ C5 ALLOY WHEEL ARMOUR when new. Front 1 Front 2 Rear 1 Rear 2
  6. They do weigh quite a bit. I have a nice set of Work wheels available...
  7. Well that's the end of my story with the car. It's gone to a good home though so hopefully I'll get to see it now and again.
  8. End of and era for me, car has now been sold. Gonna miss this car! Mods - can you please lock the thread
  9. Thinking about the DE / DE RevUp / HR engines, could there be a difference in emissions based on the intake plenum changes? Perhaps those of us with plenum spacers could be inadvertently causing problems? DE + DE RevUP have the same upper but different lower plenum's and the front two cylinders are known to get less air fed to them. HR obviously had a significant redesign with two intakes/throttles. Being a GT4, my car has the DE RevUP motor and I have a Motordyne 3/16" spacer fitted.
  10. Car still up for grabs Happy to provide more photos/details if required.
  11. Always good to meet someone who appreciates cars, so he totally understood why your were taking photos.
  12. Great photos, car looks stunning. I'm not brave enough to take any like this as I always wonder what the staff at these places would think of the nutter having a photo session on the forecourt . That and Tesco's doesn't quite have the same 'style' as the Shell garages
  13. Probably because no one wants to pay over £100 for wheel nuts unless your crazy, like me apparently
  14. No worries, totally understand. Just bear in mind that Nengun's list price doesn't include shipping (£20-40) or import duty (£25). I bought mine through them originally. For the sake of transparency, when I ordered mine in 2015 Wheel nuts = £67.80 PayPal Fee = £3.88 Shipping = £18.97 When they arrived in the UK FedEx wouldn't deliver it until I paid import duty which was another £25.39. All in all they cost me £116.04.
  15. For the sake of comparison, 34mm on my LMGT4's when I had them.
  16. I'm almost certain they are the 34mm but I can double check the box tonight if you like. In the photo one is different, yes. I used a McGard locking wheel nut with them though this is not strictly necessary as they are 7 sided nuts so a regular socket wont fit. I have the full set of 20 with the 7-sided 'key' and original box
  17. Mines currently up for sale, not had any interest yet but still early days
  18. Totally forgot to share this photo. Was taken at Japfest 2018 by one of their photographers.
  19. Looked back at my Dyno graph from the day, they start at 1500rpm and there is a difference between the plots pre and post mapping between 1500rpm and 3000rpm. It is pretty minor though so that could be down to the self learning element of the ECU. From 3K on, the difference is pretty apparent and as you say, the AFR is leaned out through the rest of the range.
  20. Given the discussion over in the other thread I'm curious to see how that single 200 cell cat treats you at your next MOT. I'd always wondered if there was a way of adding another cat for those running HFC's but cant get through emissions. This looks like a great option, though i suspect running this + HFC's would probably not be any better than keep stock cats in terms of restrictions to gas flow. Then again I think a lot of us partial to expensive wastes of time
  21. I've got a set of the Nismo lugs that I just took off my GT4 if you are interested. They need a clean but I can send over some pictures if you are interested in taking them off my hands In the mean time, photo of them on the car
