yep used to have one of them! great camera, cost the thick end of naff all, so had great fun mounting it whereever i fancied on my old track car, safe in the knowledge that its less than a tenner lost if it detaches and bounces off down the road. pretty decent video quality too, this was filmed with one:

word of warning though - i also tried mounting it the bottom of my model helicopter, and it didnt have enough oomph to carry the extra weight off the table. bear in mind my chopper is only 8 inches long though!

My mate has one which we strapped to my "little" chopper today.

Great little machine. so for £28 - 00 this is what you can do.

Tomorrow we are going to take the camera and printed circuit board

out of the housing and shrink wrap it which will half the weight, we got it

up to 380ft today then the chopper got out of range and got blown about a bit.

Stupid question, but where's the camera lens??

We velcro the camera under chopper at about 30 deg looking down, so we may change that

with the new shrink wrap to about 25 deg.

I think he means on the key fob will

Lol yer. Looking at the pic on ebay I cant tell where is it?

I had one of those, it didn't last very long and then I tried one of these

http://www.ebay.co.u...=item4d0d40cf1d

Slightly more expensive but a little bit better quality.

You need to make sure you have a micro SD card too.

Yes they are not bad but I needed one that the little chopper could carry.

Will, it is only about 4cm long about 1cm deep. IIRC correctly may be slightly heavier than the other one but there's not much in it.

What helicopter is this on Will? I tried the same camera on my little chopped but it wouldnt lift off the ground, so i've been looking for an alternative (sub £30)

Well it got hit with a gust of wind a few times, so you have to throttle down slightly and

it will recover, also it kept running out of radio range at one time I couldn't see it, so dropped the power down

and it started to come down, take a bit practice to fly them but great fun for no money...!!
