jonny the mod Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 Hello guys... lovely afternoon in North Wales, so im going to give the motor another clean. Just about to wack out the old Wonder Wheels to give the Rays a bit of a going over, only to read on the back that its not for use on forged wheels. Bugger... Mega Bugger. My problem is that ive just bought 3000 gallons of the bloody stuff off tet tinterweb !!! Please tell me it was just scare mungering and that its ok to use it (me wheels are in decent nick allthough im planning to get them refurbed at some point). Any ideas? Ta. Jonny Quote
Ekona Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 It'll be fine, just don't leave it on for too long. It's unprotected chrome that it'll eat into. 1 Quote

spursmaddave Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 Trouble with rays alloys is they bubble and if you get an acid based wheel cleaner like wonder wheels under that it will be as bubbly as an aero Quote

AliveBoy Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 You bought this much wheel cleaner? That might be a tad excessive... 1 Quote
