Dblock Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Hi guys, I'm looking to buy a car from Belfast. It's nothing exciting lol just a shed. So I want to take a car there and 2 cars back. My dad bought his current car from somewhere in N.I. So anyway where is the cheapest place to find ferry trips from Scotland to Belfast? I know there is usually Larne or Belfast TBH cheaper the better. So if anyone can give me any advice or website that would be awesome Quote
KyleR Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Direct Ferries seems to usually have the best prices. You're probably looking for Cairnryan - Larne for cheapest. Larne is only up the road from Belfast. Quote

Cheapest I could find was £112 return although it will be that plus another single bringing a car back. Need to see how much flights are aswell. Quote

Glasgow to belfast one way next wednesday £39! I think midweek flights are cheapest. Quote

I've actually a mate just sold his s2000 to a Scottish lad, but I've no idea when he's coming, I'd best find that out because the cars locked in my garage!!! Belfast ferry terminal is literally 5-10 mins drive From the city airport too. I met the guy that bought my silvia there and then escorted him to the boat to make sure he didn't get lost, same with my Evo actually And the boat from memory was usually around £110 for a car and 2 people single, but that was Larne - cairnryan and about 2 years ago lol Edited March 15, 2013 by Olliecrx Quote
