stu1986 Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 Hi all I took the bumper and headlights out and since I have the pop-up warning light is staying on now, why is this? Quote
Kev T Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 I assume you removed the sensor connections to front bumper which makes the car think there is a fault, unfortunately you will have to go to a main dealer to get it reset, but dont worry it doesn't effect the running only an irritating light on dashboard, when i had this ( removed bumper to fit Gen 3's ) i just covered the dashboard light with a bit of insulating tape until next service when the HPC reset it. stu1986 Posted November 24, 2012 Author Posted November 24, 2012 If it only needs resetting ill see if my mate can do it Quote
Kev T Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 I think you need the consult software to do it. Quote

Mark@Abbey m/s Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 We tried it loads of times very hit or miss we have found. We use a EcuTek cable to turn the light off GTR EcuTek software talks to 370z Ecu. Quote
rtbiscuit Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 sounds like its all about the timing, same with the 350's and the fault code reding procedure. Quote
stu1986 Posted December 24, 2012 Author Posted December 24, 2012 I can confirm it does work, I had to do it a few times but finally got there thanks!!! Quote

Adrian@TORQEN Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 Mark tried on mine today, didn't work, need some new sensors / ecu for pop up hood, etc Quote
