Why wouldn't I wanna go Matte Black?? I was even considering Matte Camo but that could be a little too extreme lol

Lol, i don't want there to be too many matte black 350z's!

I got mine done by Taras at RT-Performance, he used a hexis vinyl and it's held up really well.

Give him a shout!

Might do Matte WHite?? How much did they charge mate at RT performance. The main reason is cost because then I can include this in my budget when i'm looking for a 350z ie. If i see a silver one for 6000 I add the cost of the wrapping on. At the minute im looking for rarer colours but these tend to be more costly.

Cheers

How hard is it to clean? Or keep clean? Been considering this myself

It isn't that hard to be honest, of course you don't want to polish it or use products with a glossy finish. You do have to get some specialist products. Supposedly the Chemical guys Maxi Suds II is good and is gentle enough it won't eat into the sealant on the vinyl. And also Chemical Guys Matte Detailer works. But Swissvax do a whole range of things for Matte paint, vinyl and Matte vinyl called the Opaque range.

At the moment i have the Swissvax Opaque Car Bath and use the Chemical Guys Matte Detailer. The Swissvax is awesome but the Chemical Guys detailer doesn't look like it does much. So next i'll try the Swissvax Opaque Car Detailer.

It isn't easy to keep clean, the tiniest of dirt shows up, and after it rains even for just a bit, it will be quite dirty, thought it isn't difficult to use the detailer and a bit of water to clean it up within about 15 mins.

Matte White looks nice, Taras had one on an Audi when i pulled up to get mine done and in the flesh they look really good, pictures don't do them justice. I'll give you a PM about costs but the best person to get a quote off is Taras as prices do change a bit in our financial crisis!

And thanks for the compliment!

Matt red is nice. Think the car needs a bodykit and bigger wheels to pull it off though?

To be honest most matte colours are great, it's something different to the glossy and shiney colours we always see.

And here is where i'm at with mine, mind the crappy arch rolling at the back, should be sorted soon, which reminds me, i need to get hold of Taras about sorting it out for me!
