Just been too look at this http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=p sorted a deal on it for 14k, just wondered if you guys thought that was a ok price or whatever, its gotta be from a garage they have offered me a great px price for my car. All the alloys are mint, light bolster wear on the drivers seat and a couple of scratches but they are going to get them out for me.

Any thoughts welcome cheers

dont understand how they are selling it as 2006... it isnt

Probly a late 2005 that sat around for a while before it was registered....

Anyway enjoy the car!

I'm sure we have all seen better deals, and worse

If it was an 06 it would be worth that much, an 06+ Airbox alone is worth about £1,000 :scare:

Still seems way too pricey. I bought an 04 with very similar miles a year ago for considerably (read way way more than a grand) less than the £14k price tag. The fact that the advert claims it to be a 2006 car with no mention of it being pre-facelift AND claims the colour to be Ebisu black would send warning alarm bells ringing if it were me... Just my 2 cents.

When I buy a car, if there is any discrepancy or issue I am unhappy with, I just walk away. Saves a whole lot of headache. If they don't tell you the truth about the basic core parameters of the car, what else is there that you have not been told about?

Congratulations on your new baby girl :)

I agree with the others... its a 55 year car with a 06 plate, try and get a bit more off if you haven't already sealed the deal

I've had my ZED for 12 days now :D:clap:

Nah nothing is sealed yet, they did have the car up for 15k at the start of the week but have dropped it and ive knocked them down abit and got them to throw in a private plate so far.

I'll take guess that the car was ordered late 2005 (there was a 2-3 month waiting list in those days) and arrived in Jan or Feb 2006 and the owner decided to delay registration to get it on an 06 plate, that's what I'd have done :) .

Same miles, colour & trim as mine except mines a 55reg feb 2006,nice moter but it does seem to much money imo, lots of real 06/56 about for less money. i doubt that there be a q of buyers at that money, look at a few more before you take the plunge, good luck anyway.

I questioned them about it being a pre-facelift and they said this "The facelift model was released in 06 but there were very few available. Some of the pre-facelift models are as late as 07 plates."

Still not 100% sure what to do im basically paying £13,000 for the car.

If your not 100% sure then walk away, there are plenty of good deals on 06 with the facelift option for around the £14k mark decent miles, service hitory etc...

DON'T RUSH INTO ANYTHING

I bought mine about two weeks ago. 06 - facelift - full GT pack alloys etc Sat Nav and it's the roadster in cool black. £16K. 20 K miles full NSH. Full warranty roadside assistance etc and got £9K for my 07 Type R. That was over book too.

So basicly, shop around. The 06 interior is nicer too. And it's the 300 pony version :teeth:

But

If you like it and you are happy to pay, then orf yer go.

Took me an age to find the right deal but was like a fat kid in a sweet shop once I was in the dealers :cloud9:

Gotta clean the wifes Nissan now..........she dont help me do mione

Happy hunting
