I get endless earache about putting it up but I'm slightly concerned she's gonna fly off into the TV! Unscrew the allen key nut at the bottom and the pole spins too.........if you go fast enough you can make yourself well sick! Threw myself at it, held myself out at a right angle, slipped, fractured a rib and pulled one my intercostal muscles. Never again. I was in so much pain.
