shaun88 Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 hey im new to the forum, from london and hoping to get my 350z in the next couple of weeks. i got a few questions if anyone could help with, would be appreciated first is insurance, i have been quoted £2000 for the year with admiral. im only 21 so im guessing its my age that has put it up but would anyone be able to direct me to a insurer that may offer better. i tried sky for a 3l TT supra and they refused so could not imagine they will on a 350z and as im going to start viewing some local 350z this weekend, can anyone tell what i should be looking out for e.g cam belt change at what mileage etc etc.. thanks in advance Quote
Zugara Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Whats your budget? This would be a good starting point for any help. Should have good service history. Search clicking axle on the forum. No cam belts..Chains Quote
martinmac Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Hi and welcome to the forum. I would think that with your age and location you may struggle to get low figures on Insurance. Feel free to post up links to any cars for comments. Quote
Ebized Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Welcome to the forum pm sunzed - he was 20 when he got his (just sold it ) his insurance was £1500 with Adrian Flux. Post code might be the killer in your case though Quote

Fieldy Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Hi, welcome to the club!! I got my 350z just over a week ago now and found insurance was a bit of a killer. At 27 with no NCB and living inside the M25 Admiral was the best at £1100. I also went for there no claims accelerator, so I get 1 year in 10 months. This will let me move on to one of the specialist insureres such as Sky or Greenlight as they wont touch anybody without at least 1 years NCB. Fieldy Quote
