love going rabbiting in the summer on the farm. get a good few to eat, and i take the rest to the butchers.

grown up on arable farms since i was a kid, so kind of seen rabbits as vermin. but the rabbiting i do now is generally eaten. dont do it often as i used to, but try and get a few days in come harvest time.

 

sorry to those rabbit lovers who don't eat rabbit.

i dont mind, i did some rabbiting when i was younger. but never eat them,

i just look back and think what a waste.

rabbits make fab pets if you handle them lots and train them. I used to have one that came in the house and was house trained. He used to lay out full length in front of the fire. That all had to stop when he developed a rubber fetish and chewed every bit of it he could find, including all the buttons off the remote controls...........
