Hello everyone,

After spending most of my working hours surfing this forum in the past 2 months, I've finally purchased a 350Z!

2006/56, Grey, Tan Leather GT.

I'm in East London, and I don't get to drive it until the weekends

First task to get some rubber and brakes sorted so I can be ready for a track day on the 20th Dec.

Looking forward to see all fellow Z owners on the road!

Cheers

Wow, 10 mins and 3 replies already :)

I came from a MINI background and is still trying to get use to the RWD and extra weight. But the raining has definitely helped me a little when going around roundabouts in a more....exciting way.

:yahoo: Welcome and congratulations for the excellent choice.

Just be very sensible at this time of the year with all the water lying around :scare:

the zed is deceptively capable of bitting when you take it for granted so get used to its handling characteristics and build up from there

Also get the best tyres you can get. i can sort you some Michelins PSP 2 or other high performance rubber (brigstone , continental) from connections in Porche and you can upgrade your pads. See CS or other traders here for pads, disc or eveb BBKs upgrade.

Lets hope you're not gonna stuff it on your first proper drive if it's gonna be on the track.
