Maybe they just need to get rid of it. Its the very first year and higher millage. When I got mine I was buying from a couple that had to sell as they were splitting up and it was owned by both of them, as a result I managed to get around 1K off the cheapest anywhere else in the country at the time.

Find out if he has receipt history of the car and get it checked out by RAC etc

Yep that's about the right price. My 02 JDM with 60k went for £8000 and it was immaculate with a few mods too - Alpine (ipod), pop charger etc. I've seen several sub £8k z's on Piston heads. It's time to grab a bargain.

I financed my car thinking it would NEVER fall below £8k (2002, JDM, GT pack) but thinking about it, its not a problem cos I wouldn't sell it anyway, love it too much.

Saying that, just got a new job with good prospects, and the GTR is very tempting B)

Watch this space :teeth:

It is surprising how little money will get you on the zed ladder these days :scare:

But worth every last penny.....easily the best value for money on any car out there!! and by far the most enjoyable to drive!!:thumbs::thumbs:

We managed to pick up my girlfriend's '04' Roadster with less than 30k on the clock for just over £10k, which was just below book price at the time. It was a px at the Honda dealer I work at so struck lucky :)
