martinmac Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 The boats are great and are are a very good option. Really want to expand the appeal to the members who have to travel a long way. I think the evening or late afternoon cruise down Loch Ness may help/

Chris`I Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 Right, got the knod from the co-driver and we're up for it! She has requested that we have a castle though after speaking to Phil on Sunday. Depending on how many we get, it might not even be that expensive She wants to know how many people we expect and also where base camp should be near so she can find us somewhere nice Like this - http://www.scottscastles.com/properties ... .php?id=67

Stew Posted December 23, 2008 Author Posted December 23, 2008 The Team have discussed and we have settled on September 5th/6th Weekend for the big drive out. For those wanting to come for the drive only this will take place on 6th September.
Cara Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 So tempted by this, now that a date is known. Just been looking at photos from the last one - when I should really be working, but oh well, it's Christmas
ZMANALEX Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Diaried :yahoo: What is the full itinerary Stew.? Is it a full holiday week, on the canals and all that, or just a weekend event. Any route ideas yet.? C'mon Cara, you know you want to, as it is on your doorstep as it is mine.
martinmac Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Will look into hiring a cruiser soon. Have to be back down for zedfest the following weekend and then off to Spain for two weeks
Ebized Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 We will be up for a week or so, just love those highland roads
Stew Posted December 23, 2008 Author Posted December 23, 2008 Well Alex if we can get a cruiser then we'll plan around that. Any route ideas are more than welcome. We have one cracking route but for a weeks worth perhaps we need a few drives out or just a few good places of interest. Either post up ideas here or PM me with some details.
