Traktion Posted March 24, 2008 Posted March 24, 2008 http://www.drivewire.eu/categories/Motors/Cars/212-Gun-Metal-Nissan-350z.htm I've cut this price to try to get a sale. I need capital to invest in my company, so a genuine reason for sale. £9,500, no offers. See the ad for more details. Quote
Digsy Posted March 24, 2008 Posted March 24, 2008 Deleted the other thread as requested. Good luck with the sale. Quote
mbs Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 Good luck with the sale, iirc there was someone on here from NI looking to buy a Zed with abudget of £15. Quote
martinmac Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic ... ht=#171799 I had already sent him a pm about your car a few days ago but he hasnt picked up yet Quote
Traktion Posted March 25, 2008 Author Posted March 25, 2008 Thanks guys! It took some effort to make myself put it up for sale, so I'm hoping it won't be too painful watching it drive off! I'm sure it'll find a good new home though! I'll send the NI guy a message too and let him know about my car. Quote
S1 HNK Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 thats a great price for that mileage, spec etc. i'll mention to a friend of mine, he's still in early stages but worth a go. good luck with the sale mate. Quote

Thanks! I've priced it to sell, so I hope to get some interest and a swift sale! Quote
sl114 Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 Good luck buddy, lets hope it goes to a good home and make sure you send them this way Quote
ukdavew Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 All I can say is I hope there are more like this about in 2 months time when my bonus comes in...oh yeah and that the pesky driveway issue is resolved by then Quote
Traktion Posted April 2, 2008 Author Posted April 2, 2008 I've dropped the price to £14,500... bargain! Quote
sl114 Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 At this rate, i may be able to buy it! Still no luck mate? The market is pretty stale at the moment so hang in there Quote
Traktion Posted May 1, 2008 Author Posted May 1, 2008 The market is very quiet. I'm not sure if it's just NI or everywhere, but I've not even had a viewing yet! A few people have shown interest and one was very interested "has to sell his car first". Compared to the last car I sold, it's very quiet! Quote
Traktion Posted May 16, 2008 Author Posted May 16, 2008 Reduced it again to see if I can drum up some interest! Quote
Trev-the-Rev Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 Sad reflection of the whole UK market at the moment. Good luck with the sale anyway - it's a good buy for someone at that price Quote
Sarnie Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 Reduced it again to see if I can drum up some interest! Some one buy this................ Quote
Pimm Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 What is a grounding kit ?? sorry if this sounds a daft Q. Quote
AndySpak Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 What is a grounding kit ?? sorry if this sounds a daft Q. Spaghetti... (see this thread) Quote
Stew Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 What is a grounding kit ?? sorry if this sounds a daft Q. A grounding kit is bunch of thick wires that improve the grounding on the car by making basically a new grounding circuit. It makes the Zed idle much smoother and it smoothes out the rev range too I felt. A very worthwhile addition to a Zed. Quote
Traktion Posted May 17, 2008 Author Posted May 17, 2008 Re grounding kit, as Stew said really! Thick wiring to smooth the engine nicely, especially at low revs (most pronounced when moving in slow traffic imo). The one I fitted is from our very own Spill! Quote
Traktion Posted May 26, 2008 Author Posted May 26, 2008 I've decided to keep the car for the time being. There seems to be zero interest at the moment (no calls, no emails, let alone viewings). I guess I'll just have to enjoy driving it instead! Quote
