Good luck with the sale, iirc there was someone on here from NI looking to buy a Zed with abudget of £15.

Thanks guys! It took some effort to make myself put it up for sale, so I'm hoping it won't be too painful watching it drive off! :byebye: I'm sure it'll find a good new home though!

I'll send the NI guy a message too and let him know about my car.

thats a great price for that mileage, spec etc.

i'll mention to a friend of mine, he's still in early stages but worth a go.

Thanks! I've priced it to sell, so I hope to get some interest and a swift sale!

All I can say is I hope there are more like this about in 2 months time when my bonus comes in...oh yeah and that the pesky driveway issue is resolved by then ;)

The market is very quiet. I'm not sure if it's just NI or everywhere, but I've not even had a viewing yet! A few people have shown interest and one was very interested "has to sell his car first".

Compared to the last car I sold, it's very quiet! :headhurt:

What is a grounding kit ?? sorry if this sounds a daft Q. :D

A grounding kit is bunch of thick wires that improve the grounding on the car by making basically a new grounding circuit. It makes the Zed idle much smoother and it smoothes out the rev range too I felt. A very worthwhile addition to a Zed.

Re grounding kit, as Stew said really! Thick wiring to smooth the engine nicely, especially at low revs (most pronounced when moving in slow traffic imo). The one I fitted is from our very own Spill!

I've decided to keep the car for the time being. There seems to be zero interest at the moment (no calls, no emails, let alone viewings).

I guess I'll just have to enjoy driving it instead!:drive1
