Porsche sued.... for sunglasses???

Utterly ridiculous, from all sides.

 

Ironically only one of those pics actually shows the dash in question (the 997.1 at the bottom), all the others are black.

I did find this one quite funny as mad lawsuits go its not the most stupid by a long way though.

Not being funny, but surely with a Porsche the options are endless? I've been to my local dealer, and bar the black interiors on a few they were all different.

Even found one with blue/grey leather, the rest were the usual "fancy car" colours ( red... cream... beige.)
If I was in the market for such a vehicle, I'd narrow it down to a few specs, then drive them all for an extended test drive, and you'd soon notice you can't see!

Going by that, I can get the same from Nissan.... the GTR dash was shiny silver and reflected like all hell, so I have dipped the dash and bought sunglasses - so Nissan should reimburse me

In theory, yes. However, GTR owners aren't quite as retarded as Porsche owners in regards to sh*t like this, I don't think.

I'm suing Highways England, the way they make the roads causes serious glare when they're wet.

It gets so bad, I was forced to go out and get a £75 pair of genuine RayBens from Nigel at the market.

Can we sue Nissan for not providing adequate health warnings about Zeditis? Think it has cost most of us a lot more than $75 for a pair of sunglasses
