LRF4N Posted June 3, 2017 Author Posted June 3, 2017 I actually thought he was giving the car a thumbs up in the first photo that's why I clicked on it Quote
Stutopia Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 People who blank out numberplates on the internet are weird full stop You say that but about two years back I got a call from the Met looking into my 350 and my reg. Turns out I had the legit one but a clone was photographed on its way out of Calais by the cameras. I bricked it when I thought I might own a stolen vehicle for a while and converted to number plate hiding ever since! The Feds were actually very polite and helpful, which was a nice change from my prior experiences Quote
Exec Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 I blank out number plates if I need to advertise a car ASAP at work, but only if it has a private reg and I haven't had time to get plates made up. I had an angry customer once, quite rightly that his private reg in his old car was photographed and online. Me jumping the gun... Quote
Jay Kay Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 you should always blank them out, mad not to, unless you want to be cloned Quote
