Four people dead, two people likely to see serious jail time (interesting how they charged the 350Z passenger with causing DBDD, rather than encouraging causing DBDD) and five people praying that the jury finds in their favour. The only thing worse than doing something bad is doing sonething bad and refusing to accept responsibility for the consequences. At least the pair driving the Z are reported to be pleading guilty (although very probably because they've been advised they have little chance of getting off, having been recorded doing 140mph).
