TT350 Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 (edited) I too have twin turbo but a rod bearing started to do the jitterbug at 430bhp I'd happily pay. The garage I've had booked to do it has taken a nose dive in my books. Sadly I recommended them to Spatt for a rebuild and they've taken 14 weeks so far and not only do I feel bad for him I'm incredibly dubious about taking mine there. They quoted me 1500 which is considerably less than the, I think it was 9k at Abby Motorsport. Sadly I don't have Twitter, instagram etc. Edited March 20, 2017 by TT350 Quote

I'm not sure how hot the block gets but if it's not insane then you can use normal paint. Everyone said to me, you have to use VHT Wrinkle Red when I was painting my cam cover on my Civic, but normal paint was fine. Just undercoat and paint as normal. 1 Quote
