Also, like... what's up with that driveway? Like yeah it's nice and stuff, but did you see him nearly scrape the Huayra's front? I'm sure there are plenty of lower cars than that too! I realise most of that cost comes from having so much real estate in a hard to build area, like the 'hills but I'd rather live elsewhere. Check out Xanadu 2.0 from Bill Gates, or any other super mansions.
