Stew Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 Introducing the Jockland Hoon! A drive out in Scotland taking in some of the finest scenery the UK has to offer! The plan (still to be finalised) is to take in the legendary Applecross Pass among some other great roads. The highlights will be the scenery, the technical twisties and the long straights! There will be photo stops and lunch out too. Something for everyone! If the other half isn't content with this then make a weekend of it and take her shopping in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The route will be close enough to commute to either afterwards! Or perhaps a distillery tour for the whisky lovers amongst you! Stew Posted February 21, 2008 Author Posted February 21, 2008 I do have a shorter route planned but wanted to give you that option first. I'm doing the 180 mile one as a 'test' sometime soon. :teeth: The extended version is up to 430 miles! I'll let the masses decide later!
