Thinking of selling the zed. First of all it's a CAT-D. No chassis damage of any kind. 2005 bog standard Gun metal Zed. 88k

Had it for 3.5 years and it's never missed a beat.

Mods are:

Upgraded air box and panel filter.

Wasso plenum spacer

Berks HFCs

Cobra y-pipe

Agency power back box

Uprev re-map. (310 @ the fly)

Recent oil change

Lowered on Tein springs

Fairly new standard shocks

New banana arms

New drop links

New track rod ends

New slave cylinder

New pads

Rota GTRs in very good condition

New rear tyres

Roof rapped in gloss black

The paint work is in very good condition. Hardly any scratches and they're very few and very light @ worst. Not really visible to the naked eye.

It has a FSH too. Lots of P1s/P2s and P3s

what do you reckon?

Many thanks

Simon

How much you should list it for or how much you think you will sell it for ;)

List it for £5k and see how you go? Looking on PH put in Zeds over 80k miles, a UK GT non cat are kicking around the £6k mark

Fair point, you might get a couple of grand for the parts, minus the cost of replacing them with used OEM parts - few zeds being broken at the moment.

4k tops I would say for a cat D... ...

He's ran it for 3.5 yrs, I'd say that status means nothing especially to people on here who know it.

Anyway my guesstimate £5211.95.

What Ekona said. You can get the same year for 5k with no Cat record.

Thinks that low mate, i sold a jdm 03 for £1k more than that in std condition.

Then you did well, or the other guy was a mug

Sorry, that still sounds sarcastic, I don't mean it to be! Genuinely well done for getting a great price for the car, that's good going matey.

Well, i'm not too surprised by some of your quotes. i had imagined something in the same price range, 4.5k to 5k at a push given the current market of zeds. So thank you for all your thoughts.

why is it a cat d?

Also does bog standard mean cloth seats, standard stereo and no cruise control?

Not sure why it's a CAT-D. All i can say is, it needed a bumper as it didn;t come with one and a new NS front light. That was it

But yes, cloth seats, no sub woofer and no cruise control. I think it'd be worth 4.5k of anyone's money IMO.
