Stuggerz Posted January 5, 2017 Author Share Posted January 5, 2017 (edited) Morning all, Been a while since my last post Quick zed update: Tein Springs 17mm on front 14mm on rear Stoptech pads all round Bridgestone potenza's all round Drilled/slotted discs all round Weirdly my rear left wheel is rubbing on the arch every now n then? I have changed the rear shocks but still occurring. Will have to roll the arch. I have just taken delivery of this android headunit... I have purchased all connections needed and fascia plate from incartec. (Also DAB adapter) so hopefully this weekend I will be able to give a review of installation,fitment and usability/functions etc. Also Thanks to Bob for the bmouth meet. I have no wiring skills or knowledge... so this task would of been impossible if I didn't have assistance from my uncle... i say assistance. ... he pretty much dragged me through it lol I do feel I have learnt alot and could do this again if needed. Massive thanks to everyone who has posted a guide. (Especially Buster for his volume mod ) The major problem I had to overcome was the fascia plate. It doesnt fit... so I could alter it... or the easier option... buy a 3d printer and make my own So for temporary purpose I have made a rubber surround at work. Which actually looks ok. The head unit is amazing. In a nut shell its just like having an android tablet in ur car. Simple to use.. tons of apps. I have the dab adapter aswell. If anyone has any questions regarding install or the unit please feel free to ask. Stuggerz Posted February 21, 2017 Author Share Posted February 21, 2017 Afternoon all, Quick update on recent zed movements.  So on the 28.1.17 I was able to visit the Zed Shed II to have my arches rolled.  ... What a place. I was amazed at the size of it. Quality build from Andy. Many thanks to Buster and Keyser (Plus family)  for their time and hospitality. Everyone made me feel welcome. (Bacon Rolls FTW) If you haven't been to the Zed Shed yet.. make it happen.  2 weeks ago more zeditus kicked in with an impulse buy and I purchased a set of 19" rims...  the Mrs wasn't to happy... as I already have 4 wheels? Below is a Pic of before and after a quick clean. Not had chance to have a test fit yet, so will hopefully make time over the next weekend to see If I want to keep or shift them on. Pics to follow. Other than that I popped out for some quick pics the other night..  1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Drove to Birmingham from Southampton 2 Sundays ago to pick them up. Quality ebay purchase. Mainly got them to see how 19s look on my zed. Front 2 need a slight refurbish but nothing heavy. I do like them... just unsure as I love my LMGT4's lol Currently running 20mm spacers on front and 25mm on rear Image below.. ignore arch gap as I would need to lower for these to work. (My build thread is bare) Shouldn't take toooo long. In other news I have purchased a Torqen Tow hook. (Neo Chrome) Also I have been booked to take a lad to his prom on Thursday?? Does this happen to any other zed owners? So cleaning prep started last night... Hopefully there will be some good images form it.
