Had the same thing on mine when I had my belts fitted by a garage, they just adjusted it (tightened) and its was fine

What you described is a GT, not all of them came with a sat nav. I think the sat nav was a factory option when bought from new. Does it say GT on the listing? From the picture looks like a GT

I owned one before my 350Z, I had the 230 one and I loved driving it and just being inside it, but not as quick as I thought it would be, so anyways the rotor tips ended up going on mine after 2-3 months of ownership, which requires an engine re build! Got quoted £3000+ for one....but didnt end up doing it and sold it. I guess if its well looked after in its previous history than they would last longer, im pretty sure the newer models dont have this problem E.G. R3. Handled great and sounded nice MPG was worse than my 350Z, quite noticeably as well, theyre great cars its a shame about the running costs and lack of performance. Tell him to get over to RX8 owners club forum, lots of great info on there!

Well I put in the cataclean in the fuel tank when it was 1/4 full. Didn't 'hoof' it at all, driving sensibly. Didn't really go over 4.5k revs over the first week. This was couple weeks ago, still hasn't come back on and car seems to be running fine so far....

I put cataclean in my 350Z and it got rid of the EML which came on due to an o2 sensor/cat. Hasn't come back on since....

Thanks for the reply guys, car is all standard at the moment and I won't be doing an uprev any time soon till I do some mods. I also forgot to mention I reset the code once doing the pedal dance and the engine light came back on couple days later.....so I reset the code on my ODB reader instead. I guess I should try the sensors first? Where's the best place to get them from....
