Thread size for 350z

What is the thread size for a 350z gear knob? M10x1.25 or M12x1.25?

 

I thought it was 10 but I'm considering buying a nismo gt shift knob and the seller says its 12?

 

Another seller is saying its 10?

It's weird. Every thread I find says 10. But nismo say 10 is for 5 speed and 12 for 6 speed.

 

The other brand I'm considering say 10. But it's a US import and not cheap so I don't want to make a mistake.

They've confirmed 350z are 10mm, but say all other 6 speed Nissan are 12mm.

Wierd, I brought one from ebay from the states and it was listed as M12 and I fitted it at the weekend with no problems... this is for a 6 speed

Its definitely 100% the M10 X 1.25 I've fitted several recently.

Yeah it is, although come to think of it, it came with a load of adaptors so maybe it was generic and it had an M10 adaptor that fitted
