In an ideal world I would be after a gloss black knob with orange lettering. I know my chances are slim to none but hey, if you don't ask you don't get right?! Quote

Order a non painted brushed finish, rough it up with some 400's wet and dry, etch prime it, prime it and then paint gloss black with a rattle can (or ultra careful with a fine brush set) Once dry, dremmel out the lettering and paint your colour of choice 1 Quote
