Bonnet props for shows ?

Anyone make anything like this ? I found one on eBay for £55 looked basic enough..something a bit more eye catching etc would be nice

Have those already but obviously they hold the bonnet open fairly high.. for a show I wouldn't want that

Get yourself a lanyard and adjust the lenght to suit, attach one end to the bonnet catch and the other to the catch mechanism

OP - Did the eBay listing you found feature a 350Z? If so, it's mine

 

Was talking to the guy that made them and we tried it on my car. I was interested until it came to price. Would be really simple to make if you had the materials and resource. But £55 is a bit steep when the same job can be done with a £3 lanyard and looks just as good (as demonstrated above).
