Upgraded mine to bi-xenons as I found the beam really bad, gave me no confidence at night. Probably the best mod I have done.

Can't answer about the nuts but you can adjust the height with washers.

I had a rattling problem with my K2 but knew what the problem was. The back hanger vibrated against metal on the car, had some chopped off and jobs a good one.
