  7. Got myself a Defi HUD unit but not sure how to connect it in to the car to get the readings. It works fine on the bench and I and feed in a square ware of different frequencies to make the speed and RPM move so the unit is fine. From research I have found that the RPM signal from the Z is the tricky one as its on the CAN bus so the Defi control unit V2 is required (which I dont haev and dont want to buy if I can help it). I have been considering taking the crank sensor and putting through DIY electronic gadgetry to tune the HUD but not sure if this would even work. What about the speed signal though, back of the clocks? Any help welcomed. Hoff
  8. Dont use TNT, they broke mine even after a crap load of careful bubble wrap packing

  10. 1) Pop out the black trim behind the door opener, undo the screw behind that. 2) Pop off the silver trim (very carefully) on the door handle using a screwdriver or the like at the bottom and gently prise it out. Undo both screws you can now access at the top and bottom. Remove door handle. 3) Remove the elec window switch/arm rest trim, it just pops off by lifting up the back first. Disconnect the plug and remove the new screw you can now see. 4) Pull the door card from the door starting at the bottom left, its take some pulling pull will pop off bit by bit. Be carefull at the top right by the tweeter grill, you need to tilt the door up at the back to allow it to move out easily. 5) Job done.

  12. Did you have any witnesses? If not he could deny the whole thing, the pics you have show no evidence that if was his fault only that there was contact.
  13. I've had issues with paypal before due to being paid by someone who was paid by antoher person with a fraudelent credit card. Its not always the senders fault. Dave has been on this forum for a while so hopefully there's a reason he hasn't got back to you. I had a similar situation on Ebay when I sold an amp. Guy paid, but it got taken back by Paypal after 2 weeks. The guy paid me with his funds that were paid to him by a fraudulent credit card from another Ebay sale, paypal grabbed the money back all the way down the line. He was slow after that on communication about paying me back the money or returning the goods. I eventually went via the small claims court online and won, was just about to setup an automatic monthly salary withdrawal from his account when the bailiffs finally came up with the money. You sent the items to an address right? go directory enquires and get his number. If you dont get a reply after 7 days start a small claims file.
