  3. I see one button would require more precision And would be far more likely to get you a smack in the chops! Well, outside of Essex anyway. There is no wrong button in Essex.

  5. Agreed, cheaper the better and just replace once a year if needed.

    350z vs s2000

In a slightly more helpful post, if you didn't get excited by driving the 350Z I suspect that it's not the car for you. Nothing wrong with that, but any debate over the merits of said Zed against an S2000 and a Z4 is going to be a bit pointless if you don't get excited by one. In short, all great cars, but I'd pick the Zed over the others for the handling, the S2K over the others for the screaming engine, and the Z4 if I didn't want people to think I was a chav.

  13. What kind of security is there in place for buying something from a newspaper ad? Or off some bloke down the pub? As above though, Paypal it and let him pay the 3.5% paranoid tax.

  15. I'm sure I've missed the obvious here, but I'm going to ask it anyway: What head unit is all this lot going through?

  17. Noooo, no music is the only kind of music! Seriously, give it a go for a week, you'll be surprised.

  21. No fear guys, I'm only 32 myself so I don't think I'm quite ready for the bus pass yet either!

  23. Bearing in mind that difference in cost can be down to whether you just want the wheels all pointing the right way and within OEM specs, or whether you deliberately want them out of spec to achieve a certain handling characteristic. The first one is easy to do and any Quikfit monkey will give you a result on that, it's knowing how a certain model reacts to the latter changes that makes a higher price worth paying sometimes. For example, I'm off to a place in Warwickshire next week for an alignment on the Porker to my own personal settings, and the guy is well known as the specialist in the 911 community in the UK so I don't mind travelling for the best, neither do I mind the £300 bill if it makes the car as good to drive as I know it will.

  25. Let him go. Better he drives into someone else than drives into you, and then you're as bad as him for entering that part too. I do totally understand how you feel though, it's the same as people who get into the inside lane on a roundabout to go straight ahead because they don't want to queue in the left lane like everyone else. Cnuts.
