It could, or it could actually make things worse.
There's a whole lot of ground there with the whole Nurodisney thing, and either someone needs to find a way to make that profitable which the previous tenants couldn't, or it has to be replaced and started again with something different. The latter requires a serious investment, and that's just not going to happen unless one of the sheiks fancies a new playtoy.
As much as we'd love it all to be 24/7 touristfahrtens, those days are long gone. There will be significantly more test days from the manufacturers being booked which impacts on the number of days you and I can drive it, and if prices drop then more people will go and it'll just get busier and you'll get more closures from accidents, which will lead it getting busier etc. It's a vicious circle.
