Sorry, but this thread is all kinds of wrong. You were happy to pay the asking price (which wasn't an unrealistic one at that) and the previous owner was happy to sell for his price. The garage saw an opportunity and took it, and there is nothing wrong with that. He took the risk that the car wouldn't sell, and was fortunate enough to find a buyer at his price.
As for the wheels, how many people on here sell their other wheels seperate from the car? Any issues with that? Slightly different, yes, but similar principle. This thread is needlessly damaging a garages innocent reputation, and that's bang out of order. It's called business, live with it.
