  1. They are nice looking cars and I would agree, short trips dont buy diesel you will be creating expensive repairs for yourself, dpf glogging etc, petrol best. I have to say(although not had one myself) I know 2 people at work with TT's and both have spent more time at the dealers than home. Both purchased new from Cheshire Oaks Audi. Just about every issue you could name from annoying niggles to important stuff, so please do a proper check before you buy and get a warranty. Good luck with the search anyway.
  2. Must be Holland the windmills are just out of shot!
  3. With an estimated 34.5 million vehicles in the UK of which 28.7 million were cars. As of the end of 2012. http://racfoundation...-hits-new-high/ 28,700,000 divided by 1,500 = The probabilities are rather low. But look out for a picture from me tonight and I'll show you how common they can be. Traffic jam at the top of my drive. Hey Stan. Ewloe to my house is about 29 miles and Fish and chips for tea. (Colin,Darren,Graham and Will)........oh and me. Haha thanks for the invite Chris Might have to arrange something ! You wont mind a Korean Looking Zed near your house will you?
  4. Haha sorry we are not allowed to have any? It says Age5+ Need to ask mum to get me one. I can respray it in Malbec Black!
  5. ooooh is yours the new shape with revised bumper and funky fairy lights? Pics please?
  6. I emailed and tweeted them back in January about it, they ignored both. Let me know if they respond... Thats odd they have emailed me back very quickly about other stuff? Maybe they have outsourced the managing of the database and its a pain to go through some change process to get the smallest thing changed? Anyway good luck with your searches folks....
  7. Lets be honest they are an expensive car to buy and run, Most people dont like driving powerful cars with slippery backsides during winter or get any corrosive salt on them? They are mostly second cars I would say and only used on sunny days and weekends. Now prices have dropped a little and they are finding their way onto people like me who dont want to spend over £20K for one and hopefully start to become more common place? Mind you 350's were always elusive even when I had mine, so guessing 370's will be even more so and remember they were launched in the middle of a recession that did not help?
  8. In that case you need to get on the M56 where you will without fail see a white one about 5pmish Westbound near Chester services! Plus another White and sometimes Black one Eastbound in the same location but 7ish in the morning? Oh they are not the same white ones I checked the number plates haha - I miss nowt! So if you see a Korean Looking Hyundai cross coupe thing in black and it flashes and waves to you - its probably me so wave back
  9. its been like this for ages - I almost emailed them when I was looking for a 370, just poor quality checks obviously no one can be fussed to merge them? Carandclassic are worse about 5 versions of the same model but thats because its manually entered by people rather than robots
  10. The sneaky rascals! So when Nissan released those special edition ones it was only about 10 and they just use a magic marker on the sticker behind the seats and change the numbers? Then set up a new account as someone else on here! Ohhh that is very clever!
  11. You normally see loads of cars of the type you buy as soon as you buy it but I always keep a weather eye open for 350/370s anyway even after I sold mine? Still hardly saw any ? The 350s are popping up on cheaper car showrooms these days but 370s suddenly appeared with the sunshine ? Must come out for spring haha! Still no G37's though haha
  12. Now I have my cousin Zed, I am seeing 370's every sodding where! Today in Bury I saw a Gunmetal on a 59 plate just driving out of Tesco. I never used to see any 370's at all? White, black, silver ones bobbing around Bury all the time? Why is life like this? You want a car , you never see it , then when you have to buy a different car you see loads of the ones you wanted? Maybe in 10 years time when you can buy them for £35 cash I shall finally have one............ (but keep the 'Fini' of course) Mind you a 350 for 27pence in 10 years time is even more tempting haha

Its probably that new Q50 they want to break into the market as a company car? Take pictures when you are there haha!
  15. Jared we did central France in my zed 4 years ago. It was fab and your exhaust noise echos around small villages when you pass through them. People dont know what they are and you receive a great reaction. If you are lucky and see French zed owners , they go wild when they see you, flashing, bibbing waving like crazy. Tip: get a decent satnav mine took us down a forestry commission route, yes offroading in a zed - tough cars. Good luck with whatever you decide.
  16. Tatton Park classic car show is always the best show in the year locally. A load of Datsun 240z's etc last year have pics somewhere? We hope to go again this year, make the effort everyone its worth the trip and the sheep sh**.
  17. When you say Manchester do you mean Manchester or do you mean Greater Manchester ? i.e Bury, Altrincham, Oldham , etc etc Sorry it was me who started Krispey Kreme meets all those years ago ! Haha
  18. Exactly like I said a fat A1/ Toureg cross ;-) Btw why do Porker dealerships always have bored attractive receptionists in their 20's gazing at their mobiles, middle aged grey haired men swanning about the cars and sales reps that look like they just got off the stage of a boyband ! Hahaha ...
  19. Oh dear looks like its a mongrel cross between a toe rag and an overweight Audi A1! Spent too many teatimes at macDonalds have we Mr Macan?! Actually no its like someone who was a car designer in the late 80's vision of the future. I say car designer I mean someone aged 12. Sorry to any 12 year olds reading this. ;-) Even if it looked as bad as the Fiat Multipla prefacelift, it will sell by the bucket load due to that badge! Good luck to em, people of Chelsea / Cheshire your new charriot awaits! ;-)
  20. I normally only buy Jap but fancied a 300C for ages! Oh well lesson learnt. My Pathfinder although Jap was built in Spain and dare I say it not very well, shame as they are good cars normally but fingers crossed Cousin Zed has no issues as I dread the cost of parts?!
  21. Yes I am Bronzee thanks - that V6 punch plus rear seats and a boot. Presently having cake and eating it! (But trying not to think of the petrol costs) Must be better on fuel that the 300C or was that a diesel? Sent from the golf club... Surprisingly the 300C was cheap to run tax and insure! It just kept breaking down - worse than an Alfa! It was the Merc Diesel engine version, which eventually Merc accepted there were issues but Chrysler just kept replacing the same parts!.(Sp really not Chrysler's fault just a p** poor design from our German friends!) I enjoyed that car but since we go all over the country, I did not want to be left high and dry on the West coast of Scotland for example with a young child in tow! I looked at the new one just before I got the G37 and although I like it - I just know it will break down again especially since Fiat had their mitts on the engine. Probably a bit unfair on Fiat but Fiat and Chrysler in bed together!
