+1 I know what you mean - then you end up on most Northern Welsh/ Scottish Zed runs and your petrol costs spiral but then the grin on your face is priceless!

To be fair I dont mind Radio 2 - but its commerical radio with 15 adverts per track that bugs me! Radio 2 has a wide trasmission range so will probably apear on your dial no matter where you are! Used to like wogan but cant stand him anymore but prefer him to Steve wright sycophantic -is'nt the word!! :yuk:

4 years Stew? wow hope you both have a great time together this Christmas! Will have an extra special celebratory drink for you in Jan when you pop down! We have decorated the tree this week - looking good - not sent cards out yet - bleeding work and M56 getting in the way again! Our first Christmas together - gulp - lets hope its the first of many! Going to put one of my red baubles in the Zed and the Van - resisted a mini illuminated tree for the van - not quite a builder yet!! Hope you all have a great Christmas folks whatever you do?

I've just realised I will have been in the club a year on Christmas week! The Zed is a fab car but its only half the story - its the club that makes owning it a real pleasure. From a nervous first Wales meet to nervous driving through the highlands of Scotland (litterally!!) I've discovered what a great car the Zed is and what it can do but best of all the new friends I've made (well hope they are friends maybe they just want my cakes! ) So thank you three-headed forum internet weirdos for making me laugh and hope we can continue to grin at life and ugly 370Z's during these tough times. Special thanks for the Mods and of course all you loons that have given me loads of advice and help re: zeds, mobiles, house, motorway misery support etc !! Mart and Liz, Stew and Jayne in particular who made me very welcome from the start and have gone way beyond the extra mile to help out. Not only do I know how to drive the Zed above 35mph(thanks Colin), keep it spangly looking with super expensive wax products but also meeting the best gal anyone could wish for (who just happens to have a Zed!!) www.350z-uk.com you are the dogs!

Get yourself a Hoodie, you will be fine ha ha you have a club fleece dont ypu stew? just cover the logo with parcel tape and pull the hood out or grew a big quiff and get yourself a big chevy and dance on the hood! what colour is the gum btw bright pink?

Good luck folks - WD40 is just parafin with a bit of light oil - it evapourates after a day or so - get some white silicon grease - just a small amount and smooth it on the runners - obvisouly watch your fingers and turn the engine off!! Just open and close it a few times to let the grease work itself in

Totally agree mate - we are breeding a nation of pansies!! On Monday they closed most of the schools in Bury and surrounding area - and not even because the heating broke!! Took me 3 hours to get home last night because of a lorry crash on the M62 On the plus side I did see a very nice Maserati softop and a few mins later a nice Zed! Princess Parkway Mankland! Best thing is Sky News today (my most hated news chanel) must be on a low news day - they actually had pictures of a reporter in Bury and Ramsbottom with snow shots! Wow whatever will the Londoner think now - a news item that does'nt involve them? They will be rushing off to their shrinks when they realise that life exists past Watford!
