Nope the 50's which everyone goes on about being the golden age was bad , the 60's probably better and the 70's heaven by comparison - 80's (my era) a breeze - other than dodgey haircuts and shoes, 90's even easier but a bit boring , now - easy as falling of a log covered in pig poo! Although we have no freedom thanks to mobile technologies ,speed cameras and speed bumps etc etc you get the picture No money for health or pensions and everyone is more worried about their appearance than whats behind the eyes! Ah I was thinking more about using it instead of my Ipod in the car - connected to FM transmitter - IF it will do that?? I tried it for a laugh, and a FM transmiter will work on it. The connector is the same as any iPod. Excellent - handy if I forget my Ipod! eeh this modern tech so I can play my old tunes on!

Anyone born in the 80's -> just skip this post and get back on the puter games Cor blimey apparently they have taken a family and put them in a house and making them live the life of an average family in the 70's! Its not quite Victorian times for goodness sakes ... they are going on about ooh how dangerous the cooker is , and their Ford Cortina is a death trap as its does'nt have ABS brakes wing mirrors and power steering! Come on is everyone turned into a fairy in this country ... If you can still unlock with the key - do you still need to stand next to the car of is it ok as before? If you need to unlock next to the car then its likely its just your battery - nothing clever you can get them any car parts supplier. If its ok -ie you can stand a reasonable distance from the car to unlock - then not battery or receiver - its probably some fluff etc on the contacts - pop the key case open and clean up the contacts to the battery and buttons - (I dont know what yours look like but my old Audi A4 had a similar issue - new battery and cleanup fixed it) Do you have any new fangles radio or satnav gear installed recently? New windscreen? Just wondering if the receiver may have been disturbed or new ICE causing interference??? Just some ideas for you?

You do know that Orange are getting the iPhone, right? And vodafone too, but prolly in 2010. Yes I do mate but not until at least Chrismas this year, they have told me as I got my PAC code tonight. Its not so much that been meaning to leave Orange for a while customer service has dipped and the signal strength has also! Just fancy a change and well now that the so called wonder phone is hopefully less buggy and slightly more afordable - time to try it out. Suppose mate but we live on a shared drive (i,e access across my drive) not the first time he has had builders round and they have left the place in a tip and also the front of the drive covered in sh** - I have to go round and tidy up after them so our house does'nt look like a tip - some people just dont seem to bother about stuff anymore do they! Reasons he went over is he knew I would spot it witin nano seconds - I do take pride in our cars as do a lot of petrol heads - in fact the kids ask why do I always wash my car!

Got home this afternoon after a long morning fitting a window and next door comes over to tell me - oh sorry I've got some dirt on your car! He had knocked down his fake Greek columns at the front of his house and laid a cement base for something - so really windy day - Zed and Lucy's GV covered in cement dust!! WTF!! Oh do you want me to hose it down with the pressure washer for you - he says! NO !!!! So extra car washing I was'nt intending to do today - just wasted my afternoon - selfish git are some people really stupid selfish or ignorant! (delete as appropriate) Surely he could have knocked on the door and warned us! Fortunately it came off -but I was worried about it getting into the hood fibres and staining them forever! Muppet! I did watch the rest of it last night - with a glass of wine - maybe I was being too harsh - it is aimed at 12 year old kids with the attention span of a knat and in that case like the original it was fine - I probably will end up watching the rest of the series if I remember when its on BUT I must protest - the CGI graphics are just pants over the top! When Kitt turns into a jet type thing like in Men in Black and then turns into a pickup truck and drives on railway tracks - I just totally lost the will to follow it. Oh well if your after a top looking 'Stang' (except the stupid lights and gay voice!) with zero plot or acting prowess - this one is for you! It will be repeated endlessly on some bland freeview channel I am sure...oh well come back Hoff where all is forgiven!
