  11. I was working nights for most of the 90's then working 14 hour days then well still working 14 hour days!! I used to work near the Hacienda club in Mank and drive past it every week on the way home wondering why there were so many people cueing up outside - when I finished my nights on a Saturday never went in - now its just a set of flats and a small window display with some bits from the club - shame Some top tunes from that time indeed - was well into my soul and dance and indie stuff ...
  12. Shame you have to sell it looks mint but sacrifices need to be made - good luck with the sale
  13. JUst enjoy it get used to it get to some meets see what others have done and see what appeals to you. That colour really shows off the chrome nicely (what little there is)
  14. suppose really my era more than the 80's - I had to start a job and get a house etc!! Watching this - doing a system upgrade for work (from home) and waiting on a call from the states for a telephone interview - which is 2 hours late now!! Technology eh!! What a bummer! Music is good on this proggy so far! (how bigs yer telly ...how bigs your telly... you twisted my melon man!! )
  15. I know what you mean but I think generally when people ask for help with photo or other applications - someone always pops up with the answer in the off topics section anyway?
  16. Lets hope he does'nt think its an import and then well thats that is'nt it! JDM's are completely different cars as are ragtops just totally different to a coupe! It really is basics here is'nt it as we have all posted - think you need to go somewhere else - I can recommend Westway Nissan in Oldham - Danny the head mechanic is pretty good and knows his onions just dont let the children play with it .........
  17. Its probably in PDF format Alex - you can dowload a PDF reader/editor and then save it then do fancy stuff and paste it up - there is a package called PDF995 thats pretty cool I am really worried now after seeing that check list and hope mine is ok for the next 10 years at least till I buy a 950Z in 2015 (Ragtop of course!)

  22. Mart just reread the post. Think the motors has a slip clutch mechanism that takes up any initial strain if it's too much for them they switch off on a pressure switch.dealers should be able to remove motors hence release pressure and manually lift the roof hence spot where the pressure point / blockage is?
  23. not good mart hope you get it sorted keep us up to date. Odd sounds like maybe a clip has gone somewhere or a spring broken ?So dealers say everything is working ok except the windscreen lock down ? surely they must be able to remove those fixings in the windscreen to check it all? of all the manufacturers the japs are usually pretty thorough on this kind of stuff
