  1. Beard of Zeus! That is a fine effort indeed, if i was going to the Wales meet i'd buy you a beer!
  2. haha, good stuff. I saw your TT the other day on the M32, put a post under the spotted/flyered section, don't know if you saw it though!
  3. I am so pi$$ed off i can't make this, tempted to quit my job and reapply on monday, probably not wise in the current climate though... Have a great time guys.
  4. very funny Fit was pretty good, probably a couple of mm out on the mounting points which was cured with a quick bit of braddle work. They came with a US type plug so am currently using a "temporary" wiring solution until i source some uk plugs!
  5. Thanks to Richierich for the tip off, found some light-smoked LED tail lights on e-bay that didn't cost the world so thought i'd give them a go. I'm really pleased with the look and the output from the LEDs is far birghter than my previous OEM non-LED rear lights. (and for those aeriel-ists out there, i've got swapped out the standard 2ft whip aeriel!).
  6. They look awesome in blue mate. Think they might clash with my GM though!
  7. Same with me mate, couldnt handle a stiffer box with the traffic how it as these days. As for the gear knob, it is a great idea, provided you've never seen the titanium nismo knob, its awesome, you will want it and it WILL burn a massive hole in your pocket!!!
  8. Man, that is a real wounder. Awesome set up as well. Gutted for you mate.
  9. I saw 4 myself today, all around the Bristol area, one Azure Blue on Queen Square, one black in town, on Blade Silver going south on the M32 and the fourth was a sunset orange joining the M5 and then onto the M4 west to wales. Didnt get a wave of a single one of them and I even managed to fight my way up to get behind the orange one and give him a flash and a wave! C'mon people, where is the love?!
  10. You guys are good! Now its just a case of working our what treat my Zed's getting this month... 1. New Double Din Head Unit (Pioneer Avic-F900BT) 2. Lightweight Flywheel/Clutch Set 3. Greddy Lip and side skirts 4. Short Shift link kit 5. Zex NOS Kit 6. Save the money for a turbo system (I never was a fan of saving...) Tricky, tricky, tricky.
  11. Bump. Just been looking at that bodykit again and i'm not convinced the front bumper is Greddy, looks completely different to the pic on the Greddy site: http://www.greddy.com/products/display/pop.php?my_img=1291.jpg Anyone got any ideas what it is because i like it, alot.
  12. After a bit of digging around, it seems like a fairly big job changing the flywheel, and 350z-tech recommend changing the clutch at the same time. Has anyone changed their clutch/flywheel? Does anyone know what kind of labour charge would i be looking at?
  13. Thanks for advice. Is there much difference between the different manufacturers? Had a quick look and it seems there are quite a few, Stillen, Nismo, JWT etc. I've never swapped out a flywheel before, is it tricky and does it require long arm wrenches etc?
  14. Thanks for the info. Does the lighter fly-wheel provide a significant increase in throttle response and how bad is the Cement Mixer noise!?!
  15. Hi all, Have been thinking about changing to a short shift mechanism as i've come from an s2000 which (IMO) has the nicest shift motion around and was hoping to get something similar in my Zed. Can anyone recommend a system? I'm also thinking of changing to a lightweight flywheel, can anyone recommend any good ones or any to stay clear of? Cheers, Mike

    NOS

Anyone know where to get NOS from in the Bristol area? I asked my dentist, he laughed.
  17. Any updates on this? I'm around on the afternoon of the 14th but not the 21st.
  18. Going south down the M32 this morning with twinkling blue sidelights. Nice.
