  7. Sounds like a Nismo v2 bumper but untill there are pics its hard to tell!...
  8. where you based? 1) not bad but at that price not decent ones 2) normal price for OEM replacement, there are used ones around that are still in good nick if you want to stay OEM 3) tick with bridgestones if thats what are on the other corners, try and change in pairs esp on the rear. bridgestones can be had for less... falkens are a worthy replacement. Also they have recommendations... 4) do if you can, esp if you changing the pads 5) get them done 6) go for new all round if you can 7) if you want even wear get it done, will drive better too. sounds pricy 8) bout right, get them done 9) most belts are cracked, they still have life in the belt, if most owners checked on a car that has done 20k on a belt they will see cracks in the rubber, but the fabric section is still intact. caused by heat and cold... get it done though 10) just get rid of the rear wiper and use rain-x!! If your darn sarf then abbey should be able to sort all for you!
  9. As with Ian and Paul .... got a couple of mods on mine....!! (its the silver one not the other lovely red one!!)
  10. alignment on mine was fooked... Drove into abbey, they sorted it, all set up for fast road and track use, drove out and it runs like its on rails... sow its worth taking it to someone who knows what they are doing... But no reason that the Zed is different on the way it is alligned and how the steering works... same as about 75% of all other RWD cars out there!
  11. 500, easy, 700, hard, 750 bloody difficult, 760, bloody sodding difficult... And so on!! Couple of cars in the UK running 800+ think one could hit 900+ as hes running under but has options to run more.. Wishing you good luck with it, and looking forward to updates
  12. Chinese knockoff are getting better and better these days Boyo! Almost looks genuine
  13. He was warned on the thread asking for information but I think SwanageDave was told to shut up!
  14. Dosnt Ian have one for sale?
  15. And more referrals help your discount eh, noting your sig advert Envy and Abbey are paying traders on here and on a number of other sites Colin, and I know that John at JPC has given discounts to 350z owners! TGM sport a paying member on here are they or did they do you an amazing deal when you got your bits sorted?
  16. +1 especially depending on the work you want done, be very careful with the hourly rates charged. Some of the more "specialist" garages charge more for their expertise, so wouldnt use them for normal servicing etc, just for bigger jobs, but Tom and the chaps know their stuff and possibly the most competitive rates around How do you mean "specialist" garages Chris? Abbey and TDI? Generally those that have more knowledge (and experience doing engine builds, TT builds etc) which attract a higher rate, and rightly so, but for smaller jobs, where thats not required there are more economical alternatives. Just pointing out the options Not really on servicing, const difference is minimal unless your getting a deal. Also you will find that the "specialists" use the service parts offered by Nissan and also use Nissan CONSULT and have Nissan trained staff, thus you can still say that you have a FNSH. Personally I would pay that little bit more to people that work on 350z's / 370z's virtually every day of the week. Also happier to go to someone that has a connection with the clubs and has technical input

  18. Abbey for all servicing and tuning. One stop shop for anything mechanical inc alignment etc Envy South for any modification parts. JC Autorefinishing in Cranleigh for any paint and body work!
  19. Not an expert in the ICE are but I think this may be your issue due to connectors and such like. Connect looks quite cool though and would suit the car. If its cheap, get it and try it! Be the first If it dosn work, flog it on ebay!
  20. Whats wrong with yours in the car or have you got an import without steering whel controls? I have an aftermarket kenwood and the steering controls work!
  21. there is a grommet in the centre of the boot behind the number plate, you can run through there. Bumper off is about a 15 min job and pretty painless. I would go that route.
  22. Ah right! Sorry misread your first post!! Does the lower tube not connect to the toe eye for support? Even so turning it should be fine! If you go through water that high when its turned your in a river anyway and you got more to worry about than hydrolock! I know Dan ran his AEM in the wheel well for ages with a shreaded wheel arch liner and didnt get any issues!
  23. You may have an issue with changing the angles due to the brackets. Also, is you injen the one with the 45 deg silicon tube cause if it is you wont have the above issue I didnt when I test fitted it on mine!!
