  6. And le mans - blue Was that a special order colour? or was it only for a certain year car! neither but is now discontinued on the current model range, they often change colours on model or year change I read today that the 370z roadster will be discontinued from april 1st due to lack of sales (only 13 sold last year)
  7. you're going away with the mrs and you not concerned with where, just the roads that take you there ..... Top man Another vote the evo, snowdonia, Brecon beacons
  8. That's surprising?! He did put the 330ci badge on correctly though didn't he? same place as the genuine car and everything? Wonder why his wasn't as fast then? Seen this before, it's a traction problem, often due to the type of 3m tape used on the badge, this altered with the model year

  11. I try to if I can, like when I had new tyres fitted the other day, I stood there about 6ft from them watching their every move, but at Nissan they tend to get the receptionist to drive your car off to the workshop area out of your sight. - Still they slipped up a bit as I had the K1 exhaust on the car, so it was fairly obvious when their YTS lad started revving the living daylights out of my car in the workshop and once the workshop manager saw me fumming sent the young lad out to apologise to me. Few years ago my mate took his to a main dealer told to pick it up at 4.00pm arrived a bit early by bus and found the Spotty YTS ragging it around the roundabout trying to drift it. He was not amused so the Service Manager told him the Spotty was "Road Testing it..!!! I think he "sparked" out the Service Manager. I've often said YTS training should include drifting

  15. I do all my servicing, sometimes youre hands are tied due to warranty because...... you can spend the money on better products than those normally used, do a better job a lot of the time, helps you to become familiar with you're car, if you do have a future problem you know exactly what was recently done also helps with preventative maintenance as you can see for yourself what may cause a future problem
  16. I always stay with my car (ocd, vfm) and at the first sign of acne and I'm out of there
  17. I would use an Indy, it won't affect resale due to the car age, they are more knowledgable and better value Post you're location and people can advise better

    Has Anyone?

Might want to consider the new Cobra HFCs. I have a set and I'm very happy with them. Apparently they're designed to reduce the chance of MOT failures compared to the Berks I'm not sure when they're officially being released but you could contact Cobra direct for info. Mark at Abbey also knows about them ( they fitted mine). Pretty sure CS could source these and help with any info
