    cruise is very useful on a long motorway journey in my view - I find it helps me keep the speed below instant-ban point (most of the time..)

    thought of another question - did you have the rev limit raised? and another - what other performance mods do you have on the car? (exhaust/plenum/intake/etc)... ? curiosity killed the penguin..

    who supplied the ECU? cost? who tuned it? cost? any problems? how long did it take? does it run well after tuning? i see that Haltech have a few UK distributors - there is one in Kent called Innovate Performance.. anyone heard of them? I see TDI claim some Haltech tuning experience too..

    hmm not a very current photo no this is the touchscreen for it though (the software is updated a bit since though!) - the PC is a mini-itx board with a 2.4 GHz pentium-m and 1gb ram etc, it sits in the glovebox out of sight!

    no idea on bumping but have had to jump start mine several times now (after letting it sit for a few weeks!) - one thing is that I had to get thicker jumper cables than the ones I have had for 15 years..
